Legal notice
This page sets out who publishes screenactu, who hosts it, and who to get in touch with. It is written to be read.
Site publisher
screenactu is published by a private individual, on a non-professional basis. The site sells nothing and carries no advertising, no ad network and no affiliate links: it earns no revenue from its traffic. On that basis, the publisher gives here only the identity of its host, as article 6, III, 2 of the French law on confidence in the digital economy allows. Their personal identification details have been provided to that host, which holds them at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
Should the site ever carry on a commercial activity (sales, advertising, affiliation), this page will name its publisher and carry its registration numbers, as the law then requires.

Publication director
Responsibility for publication is held by the publisher, under the conditions set out above. Articles are signed, and each signature leads to its author's page: editorial responsibility is not anonymous for all that.

Intellectual property

Visuals from games, films and series remain the property of their respective rights holders. They are reproduced for editorial illustration, under the right of quotation. Any takedown request may be sent to contact@screenactu.fr; it will be handled without delay.
The trade marks and product names mentioned belong to their owners. Mentioning them implies neither partnership nor endorsement.
Outbound links, advertising and affiliation
No link on this site is paid for, and no advertising space is sold here. Outbound links are placed by the editorial team to shed light on an article. The pages they lead to are not under our control, and their content is the responsibility of their own publishers alone.
Reporting content
A factual error, manifestly unlawful content, an infringement of a right: write to contact@screenactu.fr. To be dealt with, a notification is best if it specifies:
- the exact URL of the page concerned
- a description of the content in question and the grounds for the report
- your contact details, so that a reply can reach you
- where applicable, copies of any correspondence already had with the author
A right of reply may be exercised within three months of publication, in writing to the same address.

Applicable law
This site and this notice are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
