It took Rockstar just 24 hours to lift the lid on the mystery. Yesterday, a string of international artists — from Travis Scott to Keith Richards, by way of Future, Fred again and Morgan Wallen — all began teasing a collaboration with Rockstar Games on their social media at the same time. A carefully orchestrated tease that left little room for doubt: something was brewing around the music of GTA 6. Today, Rockstar Games has made it official with GTA VI The Album, a soundtrack made up of 34 tracks and packed with high-profile collaborations.
The album is set for release on 19 November 2026, the same day GTA 6 itself lands. Three physical editions are already up for pre-order, comprising a double CD and two vinyl versions. The first six tracks are also available to stream now.
Rockstar Games rounds up the biggest names going
As ever with GTA, music holds a special place in the experience, and for the sixth instalment Rockstar Games has assembled a line-up of international artists to soundtrack your drives around Vice City and Leonida. Among the first tracks revealed are Yung Lean with Future and Metro Boomin, Travis Scott on RHYNO, produced by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, and a collaboration bringing together CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again and Etienne de Crécy. Morgan Wallen contributes Last Thing You Need, Rauw Alejandro offers up Macacoa 2000, while Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards turns up on Bright Lights, Big City. These six tracks are only a fraction of the 34 original songs that will make up the full album, mind.
Three physical editions for collectors
Rockstar Games has something for collectors too, with three editions, each with its own cover and its own quirks. The standard edition is a double CD at €16.99, complete with a booklet and housed in a jewel case. Vinyl fans have two options. The first, at €51.99, contains two clear magenta discs with blue splatter. The second is a limited edition at €123.99, with clear magenta discs filled with blue liquid, plus exclusive packaging and artwork inspired by GTA 6's visual identity. All three editions arrive on 19 November 2026, alongside the game and the new collector's controllers. We hadn't forgotten about those.
