After making a splash on PS5 and PC, Stellar Blade is now trying its luck on Nintendo Switch 2 with a Complete Edition that should let Nintendo players experience Eve's adventure under new conditions. Announced at Tokyo Game Show 2026, this version has just made its playable demo available on the eShop, and completely free of charge at that. And since the Korean team at Shift Up don't do things by halves, another TGS surprise is also worth a mention: a collaboration with Bayonetta, revealed today in a new trailer.
The collaboration brings four new haute couture outfits for Eve, drawn directly from the world of PlatinumGames' witch. Players will be able to slip into the "Bayonetta", "Nun", "Jeanne" and "Black Tresses" looks, letting the Stellar Blade heroine try on several styles inspired by the famous Japanese action series.
"Playable Bayonetta" to whet the appetite
The other little surprise, then, concerns Bayonetta, the star of SEGA's series, who is turning up in the game. Announced at the Tokyo Game Show, this collaboration will be available free of charge when the Switch 2 version launches, and will let you change Eve's appearance with four different costumes. Between the outfit lifted straight from Bayonetta, Jeanne's own ensemble and the "Nun" and "Black Tresses" variants, Shift Up are clearly playing the fan-service card with this meeting of two icons of the Japanese action game.
Stellar Blade Complete Edition launches on 6 November 2026 on Switch 2, with a striking cover and a steelbook that makes it even more tempting.
