Two weeks out from the release of Grand Theft Auto VI, Rockstar Games has wheeled out the heavy artillery with a new gallery of some forty previously unseen images. Heists, dirty money, nightlife scenes and rather less wholesome goings-on: these new shots offer a further glimpse of Vice City and the world Jason and Lucia will be moving through. A reminder, if one were needed, that the next GTA is and will remain a game for grown-ups.

The studio paired the release with a fairly simple message on its social channels, announcing that the game was now just two weeks from launch. The images highlight several sides of Leonida, with a city that looks positively teeming with life. There are packed bars, colourful characters, vehicles of every stripe, but also heist scenes and racier moments that fit the series' DNA to a tee. Jason and Lucia are of course front and centre in this new selection, with the two leads appearing in a range of outfits and settings that hint at the variety of situations they'll find themselves in. Rockstar Games is also keen to stress the richness of its open world, piling on the detail in both the scenery and the characters filling the streets of Vice City. Some shots even seem to tell a little story all on their own, no context required.
A word of caution, though: these visuals don't reveal any new gameplay footage. They're promotional images first and foremost, carefully composed to show off the game's world, but in no way misrepresenting what the actual game looks like — trust us on that one. Either way, Rockstar continues to keep a firm grip on its messaging as launch approaches, doling out information without giving too much away, after a development cycle marked by some remarkably large leaks. GTA 6 is due on 19 November 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and here are the 40 images in their finest quality.
